Rhabdomyolysis, acute kidney injury and diabetic ketoacidosis all are life-threatening conditions. Coincidence of them can be missed because the patient is usually asymptomatic or has mild symptoms related to rhabdomyolysis. The development rhabdomyolysis as a complication not well understood only few clinical studies address phenomenon. We reporting, along with literature review, 39-year-old male, who presented complicated injury. To best our knowledge, this first case reported in United Arab Emirates. highlight syndrome it curable early detection proper treatment.
